Hi folks,

No Class next week since everyone's going to be working off their meals of biological macromolecules. (Turkey dinner. :) )

Today in bio we began to discuss cell division. We primarily covered mitosis and next class we will discuss meiosis.

For homework, I'd like you to read pages 150 - 159.
Do "Understanding Key Concepts" on page 166 #'s 5-15
Be sure to understand mitosis. You can bet I'm going to ask you to draw that on a quiz or two.

This week in biology we took a good look at the outer cell layer and explored how materials get into and out of the cell.
